Refund policy
At Money Bunny, due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of our customers.
However, we understand that certain situations may require flexibility. In cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we are happy to honor an exchange under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order at support@moneybunnyclubwear.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- If your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note:
- We do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizing or change-of-mind purchases. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
